When a refund is available
If a tool does not work and GetCheapTools cannot provide an alternative, a refund is available. Contact support so we can review the access problem and check whether an alternative can be provided.
Processing time
Once your refund is approved, we process it within 24 hours. The 24-hour period starts after approval.
How to request help
- Send your order reference and the tool/package name.
- Explain what is not working. You can attach a relevant screenshot through the contact form.
- Our team will review the problem and check the available alternative. If no alternative is available, the refund request can be approved.
