Identify the item, project and type of use
Write down what the asset is and how it will appear in the final deliverable. A website, edited video, presentation and a source-file bundle are different deliverables. Check the actual licence and its restrictions for your planned use.
Envato’s subscription licence describes stock-item project use and separate treatment for fonts/add-ons. Do not apply one simplified rule to every file type or assume AI outputs follow the same terms as stock assets.
Connect the resource to a specified end product
The stock licence is project-specific. Check that the document relates to the actual item and intended end use; for a new project, arrange the required new licence while eligible. Downloading a file for later does not by itself establish permission for future projects.

Give the client useful evidence without redistributing assets
Keep an understandable record of the item’s role in the final project and the permission document available to the actual account. Ask the provider about unusual uses such as source redistribution, merchandise, broadcast or on-demand services instead of assuming ordinary client work covers them.
For example, a customized presentation for a named client is a different handover from a folder of untouched stock templates offered for anyone to reuse. This is a workflow distinction, not an approval of either specific project under an unreviewed licence.
Separate completed projects from new projects after expiry
Envato’s cancellation help distinguishes completed end products made during an active subscription from later new projects. Retaining an old archive is not the same as continuing download access or the ability to create new licences after expiry.
Before the account ends, review unfinished work and retain the relevant records. Do not stockpile files on the assumption that a short subscription grants unlimited future project rights. For billing, cancellation and a refund are separate requests.

A GetCheapTools package describes an access arrangement, duration and listed warranty. Confirm whether appropriate item/project licence evidence can be supplied for your intended use. The cheaper shared package is not represented as an official Team seat or a personally owned direct-provider subscription.

Recheck the question when the project changes
If a client later changes the output, audience or distribution method, review the relevant permission again instead of treating the old record as approval for every new use. Keep notes with the editable project so another editor understands the restrictions.
