Identify who bills the account
Check the receipt and account billing page before cancelling. A direct provider subscription, a fixed-duration store order and the separate timed demo are different arrangements. Do not change another person’s provider billing controls without the appropriate account authority.
For a store package, retain the order reference and contact support about expiry or renewal. Buying a new access package is not a necessary step in stopping an existing direct-provider renewal.
Use the provider’s renewal settings
Motion Array’s current help routes direct subscribers through My Account and Plan & Billing, then the subscription’s Change Plan menu and Renewal settings. Choose the cancellation continuation and complete the prompts; merely opening the plan page does not establish that renewal has stopped.

After completing the process, return to Plan & Billing and verify the status and date on which the paid term ends. Retain the relevant confirmation and a record of when you acted. Do not infer success only from closing a browser tab.
