Identify the charge before changing anything
Check the receipt, invoice or subscription entry and the account email. Record who took the payment and the next renewal date. If you have several Canva accounts or workspaces, identify the one linked to the bill.
Do not cancel an unrelated account because its email looks familiar. Keep your confirmation and transaction references without sharing full payment details publicly.
